Here at OJ Axminster, we offer a variety of classes from Monday through Saturday so you can enjoy fitness throughout the week. We pride ourselves on being a friendly community gym, so if you are new to fitness or want to push yourself outside your comfort zone, we are here to help you reach your goals. 

OJ AXMINSTER FITNESS CLASSES TYPES

Discover a wide range of fitness classes tailored to suit everyone’s needs and interests, with over 20 sessions offered weekly. From high-energy circuits to challenging indoor cycling, there’s something for everyone. Our autism-friendly drop-in sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with autism to enjoy physical activity. Why not come and join our ladies’ lifting class? This is a welcoming space for women to build strength and confidence.

LADIES LIFTING

Learn proper weightlifting techniques and build muscle mass in a supportive female-only environment, perfect for those wanting to take their strength training to the next level.

INDOOR CYCLING

Push your limits in our high-energy cycling classes designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and burn serious calories.

KETTLEBLAST

A kettlebell class focuses on exercises using kettlebells to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility.

CIRCUITS

A circuits class involves rotating through a series of exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components like strength, cardio, and flexibility.

AUTISM FRIENDLY DROP-IN

We provide a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable and supported. Our goal is to create a place where individuals with autism can socialise, engage in activities, and build connections with others in a way that respects their needs and preferences.

AQUAFIT

Aquafit typically involves a combination of aerobic exercises, resistance training, and stretching movements.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

A Legs, Bums, and Tums (LBT) class focuses on toning and strengthening the lower body and core.

PILATES

Pilates focuses on strengthening the body. It emphasises postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance. Pilates also promotes flexibility, overall body strength, and improved coordination.
